What if my tank does not hold all the oil that I have ordered?

You are advised to check your tank before ordering. If the full amount of oil ordered cannot be taken in your tank. You will be charged the appropriate rate based on the number of litres delivered not on your ordered amount. (For example: if your order is for 1200 litres and your tank only holds 700 litres – you will be charged at the 700 litre rate etc..)

If the Seller finds that the tank is full or nearly full you will be refunded less a cancellation delivery charge of £20.00.

 

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Access must be available to the tank from the time of ordering and up to the processed delivery date.

If the customer has not left access or the tank is locked for any arranged delivery there will be a £20 delivery charge.

 

How do I pay?

We only accept debit or credit cards as methods of payment. Our drivers do not carry or handle funds relating to payments.

Debit Cards are our preferred payment method.

 

When can I expect delivery of my order?

We aim to deliver within 5 - 7 working days.  This may vary by location and due to seasonal demand.

For urgent orders please speak to us and we will endeavour to deliver ASAP. However, this may be subject to a small surcharge

Working days are Monday to Friday this allows us to schedule deliveries efficiently and give you value for money.

Please note:  Delivery days will be subject to variations during our holiday arrangements.

 

Do you have a mini tanker to deliver my order?

We operate standard delivery tankers and are unable to provide deliveries that require a mini-tanker at present.

 

Do you deliver through the house?

Unfortunately we do not provide "through house" deliveries.

 

What happens if I cancel my order?

Any order cancelled after it has been placed is subject to a £20.00 cancellation charge.

 

I have animals in my garden, can you still deliver?

Our delivery drivers will need full access so we strongly advise that any animal is safely contained during the delivery and that we emphasize that any excrement is cleared prior to delivery, failure to do so may result in non delivery and a fee of £20.00 charge.

 

How do I get my refund?

Refunds are processed through a payment process via your original method of payment and depending on your bank can take 3-10 days to be credited back to your account after processing.
